In My Mailbox (9)

In My Mailbox is hosted by the Story Siren.

I have been really good this week. I did not buy any books at all :) I will see how long I can keep this up.

This week was also great because I received my first review book ever! I am kind of excited about it.

Here is what I got:

  5. I am so jealous. I'm going to wait until tomorrow to do the meme since I've got something planned already for today, but I always feel delighted for the bloggers I read when they do this one. On average I bring a book into the house every two weeks or so, though it's picking up with review copies now!

  7. I haven't read any of the Vampirates books but I've heard they are fantastic. The Queen's Mistake is one I was planning to read too. I got it from the library but I was so burned out from reading other sad Tudor history books featuring Katherine Howard that I decided to put it off. I hope you enjoy it and all your other books.

    Have a great week Elizabeth!

  8. Thanks Christina. I hope you enjoy The Queen's Mistake when you are in the mood to read it.

@chelleyreads it's hard not buying books! I promised myself I wouldn't buy any more books until I've read at least 10 that I have in my TBR pile. We will see if this works LOL.

  9. Review books are awesome! But it sucks when it gets to the point you have to turn them down :(
I love helping authors get the word out about their books but I really can only read so much!
Congrats on not buying books! I only bought one, so that's good right? Well, I'm not mentioning the two I pre-ordered... Their not here yet, so they don't count, right? lol.
They look like some great books. I'm off to get out The Queens Mistake. I have a feeling it's on my TBR but don't remember.

  10. Only buying one is pretty good, and I don't think pre-orders count. Only books you have on hand count LOL.
