Book Blogger Hop (23)

The Book Blogger Hop is here! It is hosted by Crazy For Books, and it is a fun way to discover new blogs!

This week's question is:

"What book influenced or changed your life? How did it influence/change you?"

This is definitely a tough question. I think all books influence me in some way, but the one that influenced and changed me the most would have to be Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. Twilight was the book that got me back into reading. Ever since I read it for the first time, I have been picking up book after book. I cannot stop reading now. It also screwed up my perception of men, but I have discovered since then that many books do that.

If you are participating or you found me through the Hop, please leave me a comment. Have a fun Book Blogger Hop Friday!

Swords are for fighting,

  1. I think it's cool that Twilight got you back into reading. Whether people love that book, or hate it, it really got a lot of people reading -- which I think is great!

  2. Any book that keeps us reading is a great book! Hahaha! on the books that screw up your perception of men! Now that was a unique comment!

  3. Hopping through!

I love Twilight, so I like your answer :D

  4. I'm a hopper! And I'm excited to find another Twilight fan ;) Looking forward to read more of your posts!!!

  5. Ha, I said Twilight, too! I added another book, though, so I wouldn't seem so obvious ;)

  6. This will probably come of something as a surprise but the book that changed/influenced my life (more than any other) is a non-fiction book. I know we all focus on novels and the fanciful fiction we love to read but The Four Work Week is the book that gets all the credit. I know the title sounds fictional but it really isn’t. Hop over to my blog and find out why –

    Happy Book Blogger Hop Day!

  7. I don't have a single book to point to. Come by and see why. Happy Friday.

  8. Hopping through. I definitely agree with you on Twilight.
    Happy weekend!

  9. Your experience with Twilight is my experience with Twilight. Seriously, that book has become therapy reading, bored out of my skull reading, and travel reading. With other books in-between, of course. It was my choice this week, too. And the perception of men thing-- Totally agree! Darn, YA. :-)
