Review:
The Fledgling Handbook 101 is definitely for the fans of the House of Night series. Being a fan of the House of Night series, I enjoyed this book. I liked reading the handbook that was talked about in some of the books. I enjoyed seeing what each of the class emblems actually looked like. I also loved the fact that this book is so colorful. There are plenty of pictures for us visual folks out there. This handbook also gives you an insight into what it means to be a new fledgling from talking about physical changes to rituals and even vampyre history. I thought it was interesting to see that Zoey has in fact broken some of the fledgling rules such as fledglings are not allowed to have human consorts to fledglings are not allowed to accept the oath of a warrior. I guess Zoey is an exception to the rules since she is so special.
If you are a big fan of the House of Night series, I would definitely recommend this book to you. Otherwise, I do not think you would enjoy it too much.

Nice review... I passed this book up at the store the other day. The cover drew me in but the author had me wavering. I'm not a huge fan of the House of Night. Maybe later I'll try it out.
